Privacy Policy

Current private prototype
Epocharium is a museum-building and collection game in private prototype testing. This policy describes that prototype. Its future production accounts, AWS integration, museum photography, social features and trading are separate planned work and are not described as active services here.
Prototype service and local state
The prototype uses preset test curator accounts and a separately run local service, normally through a loopback connection. Museum names, layouts, collections, resources, balances and action receipts are stored in that service’s local SQLite database. The client keeps a presentation cache and pending action information; its development session token uses Keychain. It does not request a real registration email, visitor photos, microphone audio or device location.
Processing and retention
The current prototype does not send game content to OpenAI or a production AWS game service. The operator controls the test service database and its retention/reset. Signing out clears the client session and associated cache; it does not itself delete service-held progress. Ask the test operator or support about removal of a test profile/database. Device or operator backups can retain copies outside the app’s controls.
Purchases and content
The prototype’s purchase probe is for local StoreKit testing, not a public purchase offering. Catalog facts and media are bundled or returned by the test service. Opening cited sources contacts those websites. A future public release requires a policy that describes its actual account, purchase, collection and retention behavior.
Website, Apple services and support
Opening a website or reference link sends ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to its hosting provider. Apple operates the App Store, TestFlight and device services under its own policies; feedback you choose to send through TestFlight may be visible to the developer. If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.
Changes and privacy assistance
This policy applies to this application. We update it when its processing changes. Contact support@ideaspike.com for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion assistance. Applicable privacy rights remain available. Retained support correspondence may be needed to handle your request or meet legal obligations.
