Your family data
Learner Coin stores your parent email account, family name, member nicknames, tasks, notes, virtual balances, reward and activity history in its online service. Bank and investment features also store savings activity, simulated orders and positions, and related transaction records. AWS provides account authentication and storage. Use nicknames and include only information needed for family activities.
Parent and child controls
The parent account owns the family. Parent password protection is optional and can be enabled in Family. When enabled, parent controls lock after the configured access period, on switching to a child or when the app enters the background. Account deletion requires password verification. Parents should supervise family use and provide any permissions required by applicable law.
Optional voice and AI processing
Optional voice and AI features send your recording or typed instruction and the relevant family, draft or simulated-transaction information needed for your request to OpenAI. Review and confirm changes before saving. Manual entry remains available. Provider processing may take place outside your country, including the United States.
Provider use and recordings
OpenAI processes AI requests under its API data controls, which describe provider use and retention. By default, API data is not used to train models; model-improvement sharing requires an explicit opt-in by the API customer. Include only information needed for the instruction. Device recordings are removed after successful transcription, cancellation or leaving the recording flow; Learner Coin does not keep the audio as a saved family record.
Voice diagnostics and saved actions
Diagnostic instructions and related draft or action information used to troubleshoot the service are scheduled for cleanup after seven days. Audio recordings are not kept in those diagnostic records. Saved tasks, rewards, Bank and investment activity remain for your use until removed through the available controls or account deletion.
Deleting your account and other requests
In parent mode, open Family and choose Delete Account to start deletion of the login account and associated active family, finance and voice records without waiting for the routine seven-day cleanup schedule. Deleting the app or signing out does not delete the online account. Contact support@ideaspike.com for access, correction or a privacy complaint; we may verify that you control the account.
Website and Apple services
Opening a website or reference link sends ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to its hosting provider. Apple operates the App Store and device services under its own policies. Information you send to support is used to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

We will update this policy when relevant data practices change.
