Family, tasks and rewards

Sign in to the parent account, create your family and use child nicknames. Add tasks and rewards, review submissions and confirm actions in the appropriate parent or child profile. Enable parent password protection in Family when you need the additional access control.

Bank and investment ledgers

Bank, savings, activity, orders and positions are learning features. They record virtual amounts and simulated investments rather than moving real money. Use the displayed preview and confirm the amount, instrument and selected child before saving. If a reference price is unavailable or an operation is pending, use the status or retry controls and check activity before submitting another operation.

Voice drafts and saves

You can type manually or use the optional OpenAI voice flow. Review the AI-sharing notice before using it. Recording or typing an instruction may transmit the information, visible drafts and simulated investment context described in the Privacy Policy. AI does not replace your review: use the visible confirmation to save tasks, rewards or simulated financial actions. If interpretation fails, edit the instruction or use manual controls.

Account deletion and privacy

In parent mode, open Family and choose Delete Account, then complete password verification to start deletion. If the app reports that deletion is incomplete, retry or contact support@ideaspike.com. Removing the app or signing out alone does not remove cloud family records.

Contact support

Email support@ideaspike.com with the app version, device, operating-system version and a short description. Describe the type of failed operation without sending passwords, verification codes, payment details, private recordings or unnecessary information about children.
