The permission asks to securely send the photo to OpenAI for AI scores and tips. History reopens saved complete reports on this device without another analysis or credit. Feedback may take a moment; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.
Credits and purchase help
Power Pack is a one-time App Store consumable purchase of 20 credits; this release has no subscription. Purchased credits have no expiry date; service-availability and refund terms apply. Sign in to the same app account and reconnect to retry interrupted delivery automatically. If it remains pending, Settings → Account shows Complete pending purchase. Used consumables are not restored. Do not buy again to fix a completed purchase. Apple refund requests use reportaproblem.apple.com. TestFlight purchases use the Apple sandbox and do not charge real money.
Troubleshooting and accounts
Check camera permission in iOS Settings if capture is unavailable. Check internet access and available credits if analysis fails. Settings → Account shows your email and balance; password accounts can change their password there. Forgotten passwords can be reset from the sign-in page. Account deletion is also available there. AWS infrastructure, OpenAI processing and retention details are explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact support@ideaspike.com with the app version, device, iOS version and error or transaction identifier. Do not email passwords, full payment details or personal photos.
