Understone is a mineral-deduction game. It does not require an app account. We do not collect or send your gameplay, progress, local scores or sound settings to IDEASpike servers, and we do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics in the app.
Information on your device
The app saves your current expedition, discovered specimens, completed local scores and sound settings in its local storage. New Game replaces the current expedition but retains completed scores and sound settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data; copies may remain in device backups managed by Apple. The app does not operate cross-device synchronization.
Apple purchases
Apple processes the one-time full-expedition purchase. The app receives product, storefront and verified transaction information from StoreKit to display the local price, check your unlock and restore it. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password, and the app does not send transaction information to an IDEASpike server. Apple’s own privacy terms govern its purchase processing.
Optional external links
Geological research, music credits, support and privacy links open external pages only when you choose them. Those websites and your browser may process information under their own privacy policies. The app does not automatically upload your expedition when opening a link.
Your choices and questions
You can play the opening district without making a purchase, adjust sound settings, replace the current expedition or remove the app. Purchases and refunds are managed through Apple. Email support@ideaspike.com for privacy questions; any information you choose to send in a support email is used to respond to your request. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.

This policy describes the current release. We will update it if the app’s data practices change.
